Logistics Dispatcher
We are looking for a Dispatcher (40 hours per week) in our Melbourne, Fl location.
Schedule:
Tues-Fri 2 PM to 10:
30 PM, Sat-10:
30 AM to 7 PMPosition
Summary:
The position of a dispatcher is to work closely with the transportation department in an effort to provide the best service to all of BioReference clients.
Position
Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Dispatching calls to couriers Following up with issues from pickups Problem resolution Speaking directly to clients Researching pickup details Multitasking Utilizing both desk and cell phone Route review to assure pickups occur properly.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Microsoft Office Customer Service experience a plusBioReference Laboratories is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
