Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities
Electrical System Wiring / HarnesSYS Design Engineer 4 Apply extensive technical principles, theories, and concepts to design and develop electro-mechanical assemblies such as cockpit control, circuit breaker panels, and electrical junction boxes.
The candidate will select materials, design mechanical enclosures and provide mounting for electro-mechanical components such as connectors, relays, switches, circuit breakers, and terminal junctions to meet Mil Spec requirements and proven commercial practices.
Thorough knowledge of manufacturing builds techniques and installation requirements to be applied throughout the design process.
Designs and drawings to be developed utilizing NX, TeamCenter, and the HarnesSys wiring tool, along with additional legacy engineering tools.
Requirements
12 years of cable design experience with 3 years design experience in a ECAD design tool such as HarnesSYS, Mentor Graphics Capital Harness, Zuken E3.
Education
BS Degree in a pertinent discipline from an accredited institutionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
