Plumbing/Piping/Pre-fab Shop Foreman
PLUMBING/PIPING PRE FABRICATION SHOP FOREMAN WANTED
We have a great career opportunity to work for the best & largest commercial mechanical contractor in the southeast. We are seeking qualified candidates with proven supervisory experience to supervise our Piping, Plumbing, Pre-Fab shop in Melbourne, FL.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below.
Must be proficient in the following:
o Ability to read fabrication spool sheets for accuracy and attention to industry standards & engineer's details.
o Maintaining quality control and adhering to standard operating procedures.
o Ability to follow and adhere to multiple project fabrication schedules including scheduling of just in time deliveries to multiple projects
o Ability to supervise Plumbers, Pipefitters and Welders
o Maintain high level of internal customer demands with ability to over communicate
o Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of the pre fabrication opportunities
o Ability to manage receiving and verification of materials from multiple vendors
o Coordinate requirements with trade superintendents
