Systems Analyst needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Melbourne, FL, Charleston, SC, and New Orleans, LA.
The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- As part of the Systems Engineering team, works with the customer and stakeholders to understand the requirements of the system.
- Analysis, design, and integration of information systems and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software.
- Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk.
- Must be familiar with Requirements repository tools such as Rational Requirements Composer.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Must have used the Agile Scrum development life cycle and have worked in team settings.
- Must be familiar with configuration management and defect resolution cycles.
- Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel
- Oracle Database
- FileNet
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on Department of Veteran's Affairs programs and current VA XML
- Rational Team Concert
- Rational Requirements Composer
- Rational Quality Manager
- Access highly desired. Knowledge of CMMI or Dept of Veterans Affairs PMAS and Propath processes desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
