Applicants for Fun town's cast member/management trainee position must have: Good people skills, able to multitask, love children, have good computer skills. willing to work your way up to management and be proficient in all aspects of Fun Town's rules, venues and stations.
Our training program should not take you any more than 6 weeks. During this time you will receive 10-20 hours per week.
Once you get through that part of training you will be introduced to guest services and receive 25-35 hours per week. After 6 weeks in that position you may be considered for a supervisor position. Our supervisor's usually spend about year at that position and then are eligible for a full time, assistant manager or general manager position, depending on the position open at the time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
