Maxar is seeking an Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to join our newly expanded, highly visible, long-term contract in our Sensor Programs group.

Your proven record of cost, schedule, and technical performance management of large, multi-year prime contracts will lead this team into new opportunities to connect Maxar's products and services with efforts that directly impact National Security.
As an EVM Analyst within Maxar's Defense & Space Line of Business, you will provide contract/program cost and schedule management and analysis for new and mature software-based programs typically valued over $30M per year.
As an individual contributor taking direction from the Program Manager, and in collaboration with Cost Account Managers (CAMs) and a Master Scheduler, you ll develop the program time-phased cost and schedule baseline within the contract parameters and Maxar s Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Responsibilities:
System SetupDevelop/update agile software integration approaches for the program with the EVM System Description.
Develop/update plan for EVMS process updates for program compliance.
Develop/update the program time-phased cost and schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team to meet all contract and program objectives.
Operations Train and mentor Program staff and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) on EVM.
Lead plans and preparation and execution of the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) one time or yearly depending on the program requirements and other program review documents.
Update program time-phased budget and required documents associated with internal and contract changes.
AnalysisContinually advise and collaborate with program teams for EVM, ensuring consistent application of the process and accuracy, reliability, timeliness, and consistency of data:
WBS, Schedule, Cost Plans, Baselines to include Rolling Wave Plans, Risk Analysis.
Identify significant variances; identify the tasks that contribute to threshold variances.
Collect and analyze program performance data (historical and predictive), review performance trends, and monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date.
Review results and make recommendations to the Program Manager and CAMs.
ComplianceAnalyze risks and opportunities within the program schedule and customer schedule.
Work with Finance ensuring they get accurate and timely data to create the program EVM CDRLs and other customer required documents.
Coordinate contract/program Estimate-At-Complete (EAC) and Management Reserve data with Finance organization as input into business financial commitments.

Required
Qualifications:
US citizenship and an active/current TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's Degree.

years of program-management-level financial analysis and reporting experience.
Demonstrated experience applying the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles.
EVM scheduling tool experience.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience working under pressure and under challenging deadlines of quick turnaround proposals.
Ability to analyze, organize and summarize data to ensure accurate records and reporting are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Ability to work within time constraints and adjust well in constantly changing environments and circumstances.
Must be willing to travel to customer, subcontractor, and other Maxar locations, as necessary (time-demand variable based on candidate location).
Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's Degree.
Experience working with agile software teams fielding enterprise systems for Government clients.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Subcontract Management, and Quality Assurance.
Solid interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in interacting with a wide variety of people including the customer s program office team and budget analysts to foster an environment of trust and collaboration.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience.
The range for this position is:
$132,000.
00 - $220,000.
00 annually.
