Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system - Perform data entry and update databases Skills:
