Receptionist Shifts:
Full-Time Monday - Friday Shift:
7am -3pm Receptionist operates the front desk switchboard, greets the public, and provides information in the best way possible.
Monitors building and grounds to ensure proper security and safety conditions.
Receptionist Responsibilities Operate switchboard and answer all incoming calls in a timely professional manner.
Greet visitors and ascertains the nature of their visit; directs visitors appropriately.

Various clerical duties as assigned.
May open, sort, and distribute mail.
Hand out employee applications.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Receptionist Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent General clerical, telephone, and computer experience.
Experience in the long-term care setting or the drive to work in a challenging environment.
Ability to use common office equipment, telephone, fax machine, computer, and copier.
