Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the food service industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with staff and customers.
