Full Job Description CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING Data entry/Job costing Quickbooks experience and some type of construction software experience.
Permitting, NOC, NTO's Highly detailed.
Email correspondence between subcontractors and clients Dealing with direct customer contact as they come into the office.
Vendor management.
Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts & other financial dealings of company & provide weekly reports.
Project coordinating with project managers.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Notary Public is a plus.
Compose/type professional and legal correspondence.
Assist in keeping the office organized and clean.
Follow through on tasks with minimum supervision.
Ability to organize and maintain organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong time management skills.
Able to multitask.
This job is not well suited for someone who prefers to begin and end a task without interruption.
Assemble and review materials for GC project.
