Job Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineeringPrior management experienceContract manufacturing experienceKnowledge or certification in Lean Manufacturing & 6 SigmaBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or extensive Contract Manufacturing Engineering ExperiencePreferred Skills:
Proficiency in analyzing and designing lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and simulation toolsFamiliarity with plant layout development for better utilization of spaceExperience working with research and development, quality assurance, and maintenance personnelJob
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processesOversee rearrangement of facilities, equipment, and operations for optimal use of spaceEnsure adherence to all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and proceduresStay updated on new manufacturing technologies to improve efficienciesSupport new product introductions while ensuring adherence to specificationsDetect root causes of issues in the manufacturing process and work towards their eliminationTrain vendors/subcontractors on new product launches to meet target datesOversee key projects, processes, performance reports, data analysisPlan documentation systemPerform other duties as assigned.
Pay Details:
$100,000.
00 to $125,000.
