As a retail team member (part-time or full-time) you are the person who our customers see first-we're relying on you! Engaging with guests to achieve sales goals-> help our growing business identify areas of opportunity Visual Merchandising-> help make our merchandise shine! Daily Housekeeping Cash handling duties-> opening and closing out cash drawer on a daily basis Adherence to all policies and procedures, including asset protection and inventory control This might be the job for you if have A proven record of achieving and exceeding sales goals Advanced selling skills in a luxury setting The desire to learn and offer product details Enthusiasm and a positive attitude Ability to work 20 - 40 a week Ability to embrace a flexible work schedule 1-3 years of retail or hospitality experience Ability to work as a team member to achieve a common goal MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A 10 YEAR BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 3 FORMS OF ID FOR CUSTOMS BACKGROUND CHECK (PASSPORT CAN REPLACE THE 3 FORMS OF ID BY ITSELF) Education High school or equivalent (Preferred) What we offer $15/hour plus commission and bonuses (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) Discount on food while working Free parking while working Discounts on all duty paid items in the store $250 bonus after 6 months on the job Referral bonuses-refer a friend who gets hired and get paid! Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability (Sundays are our busiest day) Physical:
Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room to provide and support customer service.
Reach above/bend to obtain product for customers from store fixtures/shelves at various heights and climb ladders/stairs/step-stools to perform visual merchandising and housekeeping duties.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds and at times lift and carry product/cartons up to fifty pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
