Must be able to train and motivate associates to perform to the best of their abilities in order to exceed all brand and company requirements.
The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands and associates may be asked to work shifts other than those they prefer or normally work and overtime as required.
Key Areas Manages all aspects of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager Fulfills manager on duty shifts Has a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekend shifts Monitors hotels daily operations including; social media, Medallia, Signature, Daily account reports.
Monitors safety conditions for our guests & staff adhering to our company policies.
Has a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekend shifts Candidate must have the ability to present a courteous, tactful and patient manner with hotel guests and company associates.
A current and valid driver's license is also necessary.
