Summary:
Assist the property manager in the daily operation of the property Essential Duties/Expectations:
Processes rent collections and security deposits Responsible for property in the absence of the Property Manager Assists with marketing Handles lease renewals Handles all aspects of prospective residents, to include making of appointments, verifications of applicant information, telephone interview, apartment viewing, traffic follow-up and home visits Processes bills Processes work orders and logs Maintains tenant accounts Processes move-ins and move-out inspections.
Makes unit inspections as needed Assists manager with clerical work Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager Minimum Requirements:
Education /
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Industry related courses 1-5 years of customer service, social services or other type of position that requires public contact Proven ability to manage and coordinate group programs Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy Good organizational skills Able to deal with public Effective oral and written communication skills Licenses/Certifications:
