Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Melbourne, FL.
Interested? Here's what you'd do:
Follow instructions on lot travelers, operation instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions to determine specific duties relative to the assembly.
Assemble chassis, racks, and other final assembly hardware, and install finished assemblies or subassemblies in them.
Operate equipment and tools relative to accomplishing assembly, stuffing, and prep of prefabricated electronic assemblies and other electromechanical components.
Adjust or trim materials or hardware to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
Perform online go/no-go fit testing to ensure specified parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests of finished products on high-precision test stands.
This activity uses hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment, fixtures, and tools to obtain performance results.
Diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide recommended rework instruction and configuration changes.
Perform assembly tasks such as soldering, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, labeling, taping, marking, painting, crimping, riveting, soldering, pressing and fastening screws or bolts.
Assemble basic material and hardware to wire boards or chassis.
In management's absence work directly with Production Control or other Supervisors to address urgent needs, minor schedule changes, and other unplanned events.
