About the Role As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our management team.
The ideal candidate will consistently deliver high-quality work with efficiency and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Scheduling appointments and meetings Drafting and editing correspondence Preparing bids, presentations and reports Researching and classifying products Participating in the preparation and creation of marketing materials Answering phones and responding to voicemails Maintaining the office by managing supplies, coordinating repairs, and keeping the space clean and presentable Other tasks and duties as assigned to ensure efficient operation of the office.
