We are seeking someone with OB/GYN experience.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Escort patient to/from exam rooms and prepares them for physician appointment.
Takes chief complaint, medical and medication history, ensures medical chart/lab available and complete.
Maintains optimum patient flow by keeping exam rooms occupied.
Prepares exam rooms for patient visits including cleaning, sterilizing, stocking supplies.
Provides patient education according to protocol.
Telephone screening and call backs according to protocol and routed to provider Performs other projects and duties as related to department objectives.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Customer Service skills, ability to multi task, work well under pressure, show initiative, able to work within a group atmosphere Medical terminology, basic ICD-10, advanced computer and typing skills, Athena EMR experience a PLUS! Job Type:
