As an Social Service Assistant at Atlantic Shores, you will support the Social Service Manager efforts with the discharge process, for residents and patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
You will help welcome new residents.
You will support the patient's needs throughout their stay, ensuring their treatment goals are achieved and discharge process successfully completes.
You will enjoy a Monday thru Friday work schedule, 4 hours a day.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
