The ideal candidate for this position will be a problem-solver who enjoys engaging in business operations, with customers and working independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate for this position will act at all times in a professional manner and will be knowledgeable about our products and services.
The ideal candidate will be able to sit for long periods of time and manage computer-based operations.
Responsibilities:
Determine call priority.
Gather information from callers.
Process incoming calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.
Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
Research and process account history.
Keep records of customer calls and incidents.
Demonstrate creativity and initiative when handling emergency calls.
Make outbound calls to renew maintenance plans and confirm customer appointments.
Process building permits and warranty claims.
