As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations and ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Manage and supervise front desk, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and maintain accurate patient records.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and address patient concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate and oversee patient flow, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal wait times.
Verify insurance information, collect co-payments, and handle billing and financial transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized office, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in chiropractic care to provide informed guidance and recommendations to patients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front office environment.
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office software.
Knowledge of insurance verification and billing procedures.
