What Will I Do? As an Entry Level Sales/Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of Climate Experts at our partner Home Depot stores.
Your responsibilities include:
Engaging customers to discuss our products and services Explaining the benefits of our offerings and gathering customer needs Scheduling appointments for our Sales Consultants to provide estimates Building relationships with store leadership Generating leads and helping expand our customer base Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company's products and services Walk throughout the stores, engaging customer's in conversations about their home service needs Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs.
The more leads you generate, the more money you make! Help set leads on site for maintenance, service, and installation.
Ask for referrals to expand our customer base.

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes? Willingness to work weekends and some holidays While retail experience is preferred, it's not required Ability to stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours at a time Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and the ability to use a smartphone No prior HVAC or Water Treatment experience required Compliance with our tobacco policy and the ability to pass a background check Meeting the minimum lead requirements of 20 booked leads per week and attending weekly training sessions Background Check Required Are You Ready to Grow with Us?
