ITD Food Safety, a leading provider of software & hardware solutions for the Restaurant, Hospital, School & C-Store industry, based in Melbourne, FL is looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented individual to join our Support Team.
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and Windows experience who is willing to join a fast-paced work environment and be a contributing member of the team.
This is a full-time position, daytime hours no weekends.
This position will be responsible for:
Handling incoming customer calls, web chats and email support as needed Outbound support calls Work with a ticket system Assisting Customer Support Team with projects and other assigned work Assisting IT/Imaging team with daily tasks Maintaining excellent communication between both Support and IT Teams Qualified candidates should possess:
Outstanding communication skills Ability to think independently and offer assistance to all departments as needed Problem solving skills IT Help desk or customer service experience Positive attitude and energetic personality Ability to prioritize and complete tasks Basic knowledge of Windows including Excel and Word' Job Type:
