Summary:
Debt Settlement Negotiator works directly with representatives of creditors, creditor law firms and collection companies to negotiate settlements of accounts on behalf of the client base.
Salary:
$35,000/year plus bonus.
Average yearly income $65,000 a year Things we are looking for:
Negotiate with creditors, collection companies and attorney offices on delinquent and/or charged off accounts.
Account Management Consistently perform above the Key Performance Indicator and SLA Review accounts to determine if they are ready to be settled.
Gather and submit required documentation for settlement approval Maintain client confidentiality Other duties as required to support department management Things we are looking for part 2:
High School Diploma or GED (required) 3
years' experience in customer service (collections a plus) Effective communication skills Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals Able to prioritize and meet deadlines per management set goals Ability to pay close attention to detail and apply policies and procedures Able to show above average math skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Onedrive and CRM Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Why work for us?
