Performs skilled professional work ensuring the documenting of workflow processes and the development, security, and integrity of systems to meet end-user requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
In addition, this position is responsible for distinguishing user requests from the underlying actual needs by critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, and abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field PLUS two (2) years of experience in Business Process Management, which includes experience utilizing the process to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and conducting functional software testing and regressing testing working with software developers and developing user test scripts.
Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
Experience with Oracle or SQL Server Database data manipulation or stored procedures is preferred.
Experience developing reports using tools, including Crystal Reports or SSRS is preferred.
Lean Six Sigma methodology, with a Green Belt or higher, is preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess, or obtain prior to employment, a valid Florida Driver's license and maintain said license during the term of employment.
Must have experience compiling, developing, and maintaining documentation for user procedures, technical references, training manuals, handbooks, and guides for a wide variety of audiences.
Must have strong analytical and product management skills and a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into applications and operational requirements and have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including technical writing.
In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
