Job Description:
Direct all phases of programs from program pursuit through completion.
Drive program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
Manage all aspects of the pursuit and proposal process including the development of technical solutions, management solutions, and cost elements.
Act as the primary customer contact for program activities and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve mission success.
Essential Functions:
oManage cost, schedule, and technical performance of project portfolio through all phases of project lifecycle from inception to completion oIdentify new pursuits and opportunities within the intelligence community oCoordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts oDevelop relationships with key partners for large system development and integration efforts oEstablish and maintain high-level relationships with senior leaders and government customers oCoordinate with chief engineer and functional managers to ensure proper resources are available in a timely manner to execute project work oEstablish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications oPartner with customers and programs to determine needs, requirements, and develops new business opportunities oParticipate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes oAssist with short and long-term strategic plans and roadmaps to ensure maritime system sustainment oInteract internally and externally with management and customers on business matters oAdhere to L3Harris leadership expectations by exemplifying consistent team communication, drive a culture of engagement and inclusion, advocate employee growth and development for the future
Qualifications:
oMust Have an Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance oBachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 19 years of prior related experience Preferred Additional Skills:
oRecent CI Polygraph oExperience with the defense and intelligence community oProgram management experience in offensive cyber, agile software development, or system integration oEngineering Degree oAble to make effective decisions regarding the profitability and achievability of pursuits oAble to organize and coordinate customer visits, to include participation in appropriate symposiums and trade shows oAble to develop broad, cooperative relationships with numerous groups and individuals oExperience utilizing Earned Value Management System Principals oExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Job Profile Matching Criteria:
