Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
staff development, sales objectives, facility & merchandising, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and budgeting & forecasting.
JOB TASKS Staff Development Complete monthly schedules and make sure they are adhered to Ensure 100% station coverage (sales offices, front desk, parts counter, and service counter) Bi-Weekly payroll submission Sales Objectives Work with Parts & Service as well as Rental Department to ensure sales goals are achieved.
Minimum aged RO's with Service.
Meet Unit Sales Volume as well as Front & Back Sales Goals by ensuring sales and finance staff work diligently to achieve their individual goals Monitor sales delivery schedule to ensure deliveries go well with Sales & Service.
Ensure a strong push for fast deliveries.
Time kills deals.
Ensure 100% TO to a manager.
If a handshake TO is ever missed, make sure a call happens.
Ensure all sales staff know well the 8 Step Sales Process and it is a practiced discipline Meeting established annual P&L budgets Facility & Merchandising Oversee product merchandising for both lot inventory and showroom to ensure everything is well organized and clean.
Walk the lot regularly.
Ensure lot flow and organization is effective as well as traffic control is in place Maintain a clean work environment throughout offices, showroom, and Parts & Service; including cages, parts rooms, detail, and all other areas Customers Satisfaction Ensure Customers who have purchased from Travelcamp are always made a priority in service as that is our commitment when they buy their RV Ensure all Customers with open ROs are updated every three days by service Ensure high level of overall Customer satisfaction with an Under Promise and Over Deliver mentality Inventory Management Ensure store inspection items are resolved All new and used incoming inventory should be immediately prepped in service and made Front Line Ready within 7 days of arrival All trades must be inspected prior to closing to validate ACV.
If an ACV change needs to happen, make sure to do it.
Ensure website inventory pics are being uploaded to the website within 72 hours of unit arriving on lot.

Additionally, ensure other sales coordinator duties such as quality assurance calls, social media posts, and other sales related duties are successfully maintained by the sales coordinator.
Ensure daily End of Day reports are routinely reported from Service Ensure Staff maintain strong attention to detail for all deal files flowing through the Finance Office to the Back Office Quarterly performance reviews of staff Budgeting and Forecasting Set Quarterly and Annual goals for store P&L for profitability as well as staff goals for Finance PVR, Front PVR, Service labor sales, Parts sales and gross, and individual Product Specialist unit sales goals.

WORK/LIFE BALANCE Hours of operation:
Sunday 12-5, Monday-Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-5.
Although schedules vary, generally you would work 40-45 hours a week.
