You will be responsible for performing duties such as cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom on a regular basis.
You will work both independently and as part of a team.
You should have basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and household products, and be able to follow established procedures.
You will get along well with others in close quarters, and you must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for occupants.
Interact with co-workers, clients and their families, visitors, and other external parties in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
Maintain confidentiality of information and protect the property of the organization.
Interpret an array of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures manuals.
Communicate with current and potential customers on the phone or in person.
Handle problems that arise when interacting with residents.
