A strong background in marketing, relationship building, property management, and hospitality are essential to whom we're seeking for to flourish in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, a General Manager must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Along with a team, the General Manager will oversee the marketing, leasing, and day-to-day operations.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent leader, knows the Viera/Melbourne rental market and has a great knack for building relationships.

years Manager experience Lease-up experience is a plus Conventional housing experience Accuracy -Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Communication, Oral -Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, supervisors, clients, and the general public.
Communication, written Ability to write reports, professional business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, Interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Valid State Issued Drivers' License, Apartment Manager's License when required by State Law.
