Job Responsibilities Maintaining and deploying our M3 Open Cloud Voice Platform Voice cabling repair and Maintenance Sending outage notifications Customer support calls, including direct customer communication Triage of inbound support issues Documentation related to change control protocols Personal accountability of managing inbound tasks and projects Travel is often required Job Qualifications Excellent communication skills Associates or Bachelor degree desired Minimum of five (5) years enterprise experience SIP origination experience a plus Datacenter technologies (i.
e.
VMware, Microsoft) a plus Job Type:
